How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.

  • - There may be cases where you may have to pay an additional fee for mountainous or island areas.
    The product you ordered will be shipped after payment is confirmed. However, depending on the product type, product delivery may be slightly delayed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange or return after purchase, please submit an exchange/return on the homepage.
  • You do not have to make a separate request for collection to the courier.

Exchange/Return/Refund Information
  • Exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind are possible within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • For damage, defects, or omissions, after taking a picture, contact the customer center or add KakaoTalk 'Nicot' as a friend.
In case of non-exchange/return
  • If the exchange/return period has passed, or if the product has been lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer
  • If the value is significantly reduced due to packaging damage, product use, or partial consumption
  • In the case of used products, damage during use, and deformation during use
Exchange/return shipping cost
  • Exchange and return shipping due to simple change of mind is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damage during shipping due to careless packaging at the time of return collection is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Ceramic products are at high risk of damage, so please return them after carefully packing them.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Period of Use
  • As for purchase points, 5% of the payment amount is automatically credited 7 days after delivery is completed.
  • Available points (total points - used points - unused points) can be used immediately when purchasing a product.
Terms of Use
  • When using points, the minimum points available for purchase (required line for points that can be purchased) is $1,000.00 .

Extinction Condition
  • When an order is canceled/refunded, points accumulated from product purchases will be canceled together.
  • When membership is withdrawn, the points are automatically forfeited.
  • Even if there is no accumulation of additional points for 3 years from the date of the final amount, points will be extinguished.
